In 1970, Mr. C .L. Agarwal established Vrijesh Corporation mainly for trading in silk fibres and yarns. His prudence and endurance has evolved the Company as a govt. recognized export house and vertically integrated in silk & linen. By 2005, with a force of about 720 people as its soul, the group's turnover has reached US$ 15 million of which 85% comes from exports. |

Fabrics
The Company manufactures 100% silk, 100% linen and their blends with cotton, wool, polyester, viscose etc, all mainly for exports. The Company sells these fabrics through its agents in New York, Paris and South Africa. To keep itself abreast of the latest fashion trends as well as to get inputs from its clients, the Company participates in prestigious textile shows such as Texworld, Paris (For Apparel).
The Company is well known for its creative edge in contriving newer fabrics right from the fibre stage. Some of our customers are Polo Ralph Lauren, Induyco (Spain), P. Kaufmann (U.S.A) & Liz Claiborne.

Home Furnishing
Utilizing its own intrinsically strong fabric source, the Company is manufacturing home furnishing articles such as cushions, throws, bed linen, table linen and drapery panels. The Company regularly participates at the Heimtex show in Frankfurt & Mumbai. Our customer line includes Laura Ashley, John Lewis, Ethan Allen, West Elm, Habitat, and American Pacific.

Accessories
The Company has a scarves division which weaves sophisticated evening wraps using its own resources of linen, silk & woolen fabrics. It has exclusive lines of hand embroidered Jamavaar Shawls/Stoles. The clientele included Marks and Spencers,Debenhams, El Cortes Ingles.

Yarns
The Company has a 720 spindlefibre dyed fancy yarn spinning unit at Vapi for spinning polyester and silk/viscose yarns.

Fabrics
The Company has a 32 shuttle less loom weaving unit to manufacture wider width fabrics in 100% silk, 100% linen and their blends with wool, viscose polyester & cotton at Vapi (Gujarat).
It also produces fabric on commission basis in major weaving centers across India. The Company controls these productions through its own offices at these centers in cities like Bangalore, Varanasi, Bhagalpur (Bihar) and Champa (Chattisgarh). This setup ensures strict quality control and quick delivery schedules.

Made-Ups
The Company has its own made-ups stitching unit at Bangalore. The factory is equipped with 145 machine units, 5 computer embroidery machines, 10 embroidery machines, 1 dry cleaning machine and 1 computer quilting machine for comforters.
The Company is planning to increase the stitching capacity by 50 percent. The C.M. Facility is accredited by J.C. Penney USA. Recently the factory has been accredited as an ISO 9001-2000 unit.
